We have 40 odd million yen burning a hole in our pocket. That would be enough to buy a really nice house in Japan today. It probably could buy several of them in 1994. Invested wisely, Taro should be set up for life.

But perhaps we should use a small portion of it on buying a new car and tuning it to give us a edge in the Group A races.

But which car do we choose?

Should we get the Skyline GTR or 300ZX for maximum performance to price ratio?





Then again, we've had those cars in previous games, so maybe we should try out a Mark IV Supra or a GTO?





Maybe we should just choose the NSX for maximum performance? … Even though it's twice the price of all the others…

I’m actually missing about 3 cars to get every one the game has. I’d need to earn about another 7 million. I might swing back to this later if I can be bothered, just to see if it unlocks anything like the second game did.
