Well, not quite. In Zero Champ 1, Mamiyo (aka Asami) was still in her underwear, even though she showed us stripping.
So, the first game didn't have any nudity.
… Or at least that is what I thought until today.
Part 146: Bonus Content - Puff Puff Revisited!
Remember how Asami offered us puff puff if we gave her a head start way back when?

I even made a silly video about when we tried it.
Turns out however, I misunderstood what she meant. She meant two seconds, not minutes - and it wasn't enough to just give her the head start…
Because something different happens if we give her that two second head start… and still win…
So, loading an old save, I went to race her again.
This time around, staying still for a full two seconds after the green light, before taking off.
Normally we wouldn’t have a chance with that much lead time…
… But thankfully in that save I hadn't used Kino’s nitro boost yet… so I hit the NOS button, taking our humble little MR2 into warp factor 9, overtaking Asami and still winning by a good second or so.
The rest of the match plays out differently than before. Previously we’d meet Kayo-chan who'd congratulate us, before running away upset when Asami-san offers to give us our reward.
This time, we just get our congratulations from the race official and the scene ends.
…But later, at home…
