Phew we’ve finally arrived.
Interesting, looks like we're in the centre of town. I've never been to Salt Lake City, but I know the stereotype says everyone from there is Mormon. I'm going to assume this is the case.
Some googling reveals that this background picture is taken at the Trolley Square - a shopping centre built into an old Trolley Station. Neat!

Well. This is different. Usually we just teleport to the circuit. Now we have to complete a top down driving minigame.
A whole heap of different cars start off in the centre of the screen and rush away. You have to identify the red car with white stripes and try to follow him in our rv, avoiding other cars and obstacles.
See what I mean:
