I don’t see what's so complicated to comprehend guys.
Hiro had a phone call with his girlfriend Kayo-chan that revealed that her brother was going to visit the next day.
The next day Hiro woke up to find Yuki in his bedroom. He asked if Yuki was indeed 'the brother', to which he replied yes.
He then showed Yuki around town, and Yuki revealed that he was actually in a incestual relationship with his sister, and they were engaged and getting married in Japan in several weeks.
Hiro called up Kayo to confirm this infidelity, only for Asami to arrive. We then realised that Yuki and Asami are in fact brother and sister, and also engaged to be.
It turns out that this was a case of mistaken identity all along - i.e Hiro thought that Yuki was Kayo's brother, not Asami, and he had intended to marry her. The bad sister that Yuki revealed that he was in a relationship with, was Asami, not Kayo.
Kayo, hearing Asami over the phone was worried when she heard a female voice / Asami in the background. Perhaps Asami / Hiro have had a thing in the past. Asami, as is fitting the type of weird girl who would organise international zero 4 races and be wedlock in an incestual relationship to her sibling, thinks it would be fun to stir the pot and make it sound like Hiro is in a relationship with her over the phone.
Kayo, who has absolutely every reason to never ever trust Hiro, thinks this is actually happening and gets angry with Hiro and hangs up the phone before he can explain himself.
But as it turns out, because Yuki is Asami’s brother and not Kayo's brother, that Kayo's brother actually exists and we haven't met him yet because we were supposed to pick him up from the…
the..
…Wait.
Fuck!

Meanwhile, Kayo’s younger brother was waiting alone at the airport…
