Part 39 - The GTI-R Comes Home

Alright! We are now proud owners of a Nissan Pulsar GTI-R!

Now, unlike the first game, we don't sell or commit motor insurance fraud with our old car, we simply add it to a collection.

I find it interesting that the developers have actually gone to the trouble of drawing unique, top down sprites for each car. That's very clearly a (then era) Jimny and a GTI-R. Not exactly sure the images are to scale, but it does helps highlight how much smaller Kei cars really are, given the GTI-R is a compact hatch itself.

Now let's take a look at the GTI-R’s Leperflesh chart:

Woah. That’s 188hp / ton, which is significantly more powerful than our Jimny was, and this is with zero mods!

But... Will it be able to defeat that pesky Porche Whale Tail?
