Alright, we pushed it to the limit, past the point of no return, walked along the razors edge and we didn't lose our head.
…Just lost a few dogs and shot a few perverts in the process.
We've earned around a cool $10,000 yankee dollars for our troubles. Not bad for a few evenings work.
Whilst it's probably not enough for a new car, it's probably enough for a couple of mods for the Cricket that will help us get over this Testarossa hump.
Let's visit Shifty.

What's in stock?

Ignore the money in the screenshots, as I repurposed those from earlier in the thread. We have $10,000 to play with.
Downselecting, - here’s a few of the affordable things that we don’t already have:
- 4 speed transmission - $1800
- 6 speed transmission - $2300
- Small Turbo - $2,000
- Supercharger - $4000
And on the tuning side:
- Boat Polishing: $920
- Aero Tune: $736
- CPU Tune: $460
A smaller transmission apparently makes it easier to shift, as less shifts means less chance to misfire, but the higher transmission has more power (according to Shifty, anyhow).
It seems you can also bolt multiple turbo and super chargers on at the same time, for a maximum of three. We already have a mid turbo, so we could fit both the small and the supercharger if we had to.
Given we can swing about $10,000, what would you choose?
