So, I've skipped ahead a bit...
It’s been another whole year in-game since the last update. So many dead rats. So many dead book thieves…
But most importantly - we absolutely destroyed all those middle schoolers on the race circuit.
Hiro’s racing career is thriving. We’ve transitioned from Group F, to Group E, to group D, and are floating around Rank 85.
I haven’t bothered documenting these one by one, because, well, there’s been a lot of races - and they all kind of go the same way... We kick their ass!
Sarah has been performing admirably. With the help of Stubborn Gansan (and Hiro’s entire yearly salary) - we’ve basically maxed out her tuning options.
This has helped smoke most of the competition...
...up until now...
Since we hit Group D - we just haven't been able to beat these tuned Silvias, Bluebirds, Skylines...
I hate to say it… but… Sarah… isn’t… cutting it anymore. Whilst the other series were a breeze, she’s struggling to keep up here.
Stubborn Gan San does have a final modification for us, which only seems to be unlocked when you buy all the mods.

A reminder, the Toyota Sera cost us 1.6 million yen, and we’ve been in debt for over a year because of it.
As much as it hurts to say it guys… I think we will need a new car instead.
And with our new found success, we’ve unlocked some new options in the dealership. I'll dedicate the next few posts to what's on offer. As usual, Hiro will be looking for your guidance.
But uh, first there’s the little matter of all that money we owe on our car loans…
